Up on invitation have guests bring along their swimming suit and towels. 
Plan a menu and have food and drinks ready. Avoid too much alcohol for swimmers .
Have a room ready for people to change in and clean the pool.
Have sunscreen and extra towels ready for those who does not have their own.
Set up tables and chair around the pool for food, drinks and guests.
Make sure there are enough plates, cups, napkins and utensils on the serving tables
Set up speaker system near the pool for music.
Have beach ball and other inflatable toys around the pool for guests.
Plan some party games for guests. For example: Sharks and Minnows
